The Alpina Compex grinding system

Our grinding mechanism embodies the result of more 1000 tests. The two grinding disks are of highly wear-proof, resistant material and give extremely long life. Even after long and arduous service these valuable parts do not have to be thrown away; the teeth may be resharpened two or three times without loss of performance.

Whether fine Turkish (a speciality of grinders) or coarse grinding, this high precision mechanism assures uniform grinding every time. The desired grinding fineness can be adjusted in stages. Intermediate setting in addition to the standard ones are also possible.

Grinding performance

Thanks to powerful motors with high torque, the performance of Alpina Complex grinders is astonishing (see table). Interruption of grinding is also possible, because the powerful motor will start again in any situation – without detriment to the grinding. Despite very fast, Alpina Complex grinders are remarkably quiet.

They employ:
