The coffee grinder for roasting establishments: Large volume, enormous grinding capacity and continuous fine adjustment. Roasting establishments in particular took very special care to ensure that their high quality coffee grades are ground uniformly and under mild conditions so that aromas should be carefully preserved. The coffee grinder was specially designed with a fairly large grinding volume. Meanwhile the functional design of the KFA 1800 for roasting establishments includes an air cooling system that eliminates the need for traditional water cooling of the machine. The Alpina Complex grinding system developed by our researchers was made of the highest quality material to permit uniform grinding with absolutely minimal heating of the coffee beans during the grinding process. The small space occupied by this grinder makes the KFA 1800 suitable for use almost anywhere.
